The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems across the facility. The role includes both corrective and preventive maintenance using CMMS (Maximo) and participation in a multi-year training program with step-level pay increases.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine and emergency maintenance on plant systems and equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems using diagnostic tools and schematicsAssist with installation and calibration of equipmentParticipate in predictive and preventative maintenance tasksSupport inventory control and parts managementDocument all maintenance activities in CMMS (Maximo)Work safely and comply with all plant safety proceduresAssist during plant outages and respond to after-hours emergencies as neededQualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial, utility, or power plant maintenanceStrong mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation backgroundAbility to read and interpret schematics, P&ID diagrams, and blueprintsForklift Certification and EPA Universal Certification preferredWillingness to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varied temperaturesMust be available for overtime and emergency call-insPhysically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and passing respiratory clearance
