Kforce's Saint Louis based client is looking for Senior Payroll Specialist for an up to 6 months contract, potential to convert to full time. They will work a hybrid schedule - one day a week in Saint Louis office. In this role, the Senior Payroll Specialist will manage bi-weekly payroll for Canadian employees. This is a hands-on role where you'll ensure payroll accuracy and compliance while also identifying improvements and resolving issues proactively. Canddiates must have Canadian Payroll experience to apply. Responsibilities:
  • Run bi-weekly payroll for Canadian employees
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll laws and reporting requirements
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings
  • Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborate with tax consultants to address compliance or technical payroll issues
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Responsible for understanding CA tax regulations and ensuring that all activities are filed and completed accordingly

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
