How do you excel in this positionThe ideal candidate for this position should possess the ability to oversee all operations and staff for mechanical installation projects. Supervise, mentor, counsel, recruit and train project managers, trade supervisors and other staff. Manage operational duties through all phases of assigned projects. Along with participating in the sale, design, and installation of all Company products.What are we looking for
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Ten (10) years' of industry experience.
  • Five (5) years' experience as a manger or supervisor.
  • Knows and applies Florida mechanical code.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.
