Preston Pointe Retirement Community is searching for a skilled and experienced maintenance technician! This is a full-time position with great benefits! We ensure personalized service for our residents, along with a variety of upscale amenities and exciting activities and events. Qualified candidates will be friendly, kind, and have experience in all aspects of general and preventative maintenance as well as excellent communication skills. This position will assist with room-turns, work orders, painting, etc. as needed.:Job duties include but are not limited to:

HVAC Repair

Painting

Electrical

Drywall Repair/Carpentry Tasks Occasionally

Small Appliance Repair

Plumbing Troubleshooting

Assisting with Room-Turns for New Residents

Requirements:

2 (+) years' experience in general maintenance

HVAC Certification greatly preferred and needs HVAC troubleshooting experience.

Must not be afraid of heights due to rooftop HVAC repair needed occasionally

Monday-Friday typical schedule with a maintenance on-call rotation for weekends and holidays

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Acceptable background check needed

Pre-employment physical and drug test are required

Excellent customer service skills and a patient and kind demeanor toward our seniors and all staff
