- Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities, maximizing return on investment
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Aid in negotiation of contracts and contractual changes
- Coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.
- Coordinate meetings with customers, subcontractors, and employees
- Oversee multiple projects
- Develops new business and expand product line.
- Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules
- Develops solutions to program problems
- Directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments
- Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans
- Confer with management to maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress
- Coordinating activities and meetings
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interface with individuals at all levels within the company, suppliers and customers.
- Resolving problems, prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions
- Strong Management/Leadership skills that inspire team confidence and motivate team members in a creative and effective manner
- Critical analytical and data driven decision making skills
- Solid understanding of financial practices and project management
