- Continuous learning on business applications and processes. Applicant should be capable of quickly learning new business processes and software applications.
- End user support. The “BA” will work as necessary to provide end user support. This includes fielding and responding to user service tickets in accordance with our SLA's. Applicant should be comfortable managing time between support and other ongoing commitments/projects.
- Project work. Applicant should be familiar with and able to work in a fast paced, team-based scrum environment. The business analyst's primary role in these projects is to define a user problem, work with the necessary resources to identify a solution, and document the requirements for that solution. Applicant should be comfortable with documenting requirements and testing for.
- Maintenance. The business analyst will work with teammates and vendors to ensure system compliance, health, and uptime in accordance with our customer SLA's. Applicant should posses a proactive mindset in this area, constantly looking for ways to make more reliable, efficient, and resilient systems.
- JD Edwards Construction Job Cost and/or Asset/Equipment Management experience
- Must be able to quickly learn and understand business processes at a detailed level.
- Knowledge of construction industry, software, processes, and best practices. Experience with HCSS suite preferred but not required. .
- Should possess date-driven work ethic. We work in a scrum environment and ability to hit daily deadlines is imperative.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills for user training, and team interaction.
- Able to interact with all levels of management and staff, including executive.
- Must be a self-starter, dependable, innovative, and possess good judgment
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and have the ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
