Airgas’ Rotational Career Program (ARC) is a highly competitive two year program for recent college graduates designed to accelerate professional growth by providing training, exposure and experience in a variety of key functional areas that impact our business. Participants will work directly with leaders and mentors who can contribute to their career development in addition to helping them build technical and leadership skills. By the end of the rotational program, participants who have demonstrated exceptional performance and leadership will have the opportunity to be placed into a role within the business based on their accomplishments as well as current business needs.What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
Prior internship and/or work experience up to two years post graduate
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ability to analyze data
Proficient in MS Office. Experience with Google suite highly preferred
Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
Detail oriented and strong problem solving and decision making skills
Able to work with all levels of employees and management within the organization
Comfort and ability to work within ambiguity
Willingness and desire to travel and remain mobile during and upon successful completion of the programAirgas, Inc.
