Our advisory services include testing and inspection, contract administration and oversight, compliance monitoring, and comprehensive construction and project management all tailored to help our clients navigate challenges and achieve their goals with confidence.Essential Job DutiesResponsibilities:
  • Financial Recordkeeping: Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring they comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Lead the month end close/year end close process and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconciling accounts, including bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
  • Tax Preparation and Filing: Assisting with tax preparation and filing.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Internal Controls: Assisting in maintaining and improving internal controls.
  • Auditing: Assisting with internal and external audits.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.
  • General Ledger Management: Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • This is a full-time hybrid role.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in accounting. CPA preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of accounting experience with 2 years in supervisory or management role.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Knowledge of FAR and AASHTO.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint and Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to Detail: The ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Wage Requirement
  • Starting Salary range for this job is $100,000-$150,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment
