Date Posted: 2025-08-19Country: United States of AmericaLocation: OT702: TMZ, Urban Service CO 2452 S Trenton Way, Unit F, Denver, CO, 80231 USAWould you like to join a truly international, talent driven company that values Safety, Ethics, Quality, Innovation, Diversity and Employee Opportunity?Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to branch management, sales, and operations staff.On a typical day you will:Answer incoming calls to the office, sort and distribute incoming mail, and perform day-to-day office needsMaintain office supplies including supplies for kitchen, bathroom, and office to keep proper inventoryLiaise with various internal departments for payroll, billing, and accounts payable mattersManage vendor inquiries on past due invoices, resolve accounts payable issues, and assist the billing departmentProcess time tickets for mechanics and answer any questions that may ariseComplete paperwork for testing, coordinate office safety documentation, and create purchase ordersWhat you will need to be successful1-5 years of experience as an administrative professional desiredPrecise attention to detail is requiredCandidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skillsSuccessful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer softwareAbility to meet tight deadlines, remain poised during difficult situations, and work well under pressure with frequent interruptionsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredWhat’s In it For Me / Benefits
