
CNC Machinist

- Setting up and operating our advanced CNC woodworking machines (routers, panel saws, boring machines, etc.).
- Crafting and optimizing CNC programs (G-code, M-code, or specialized software) to ensure every cut is perfect and material use is maximized.
- Selecting and managing the right cutting tools for various wood types, keeping an eye on wear and making adjustments.
- Performing quality checks on parts to guarantee they meet our high standards and exact specifications.
- Loading and unloading wood materials safely and efficiently.
- Keeping our machines running smoothly through routine cleaning and maintenance.
- Interpreting blueprints and drawings to understand precisely what needs to be made.
- Troubleshooting any issues that arise, always striving for solutions.
- Maintaining accurate records of your work.
- Working safely and encouraging a safe environment for everyone.
- Collaborating with our design and production teams to deliver outstanding products.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for precision and can accurately read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Wood Knowledge: You understand different wood species and how to best machine them.
- Problem-Solver: You can diagnose issues and find effective solutions.
- Experience: Must have at least 2 years of experience running a CNC
