Job Type: Full-Time (Contractor or Freelance)About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Bilingual Sales & Technical Support Specialist (English/Spanish) to join our team in Latin America. This unique hybrid role combines sales and technical support for our secure online voting platform. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing first-level technical support to ensure smooth platform usage.This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven professional who also enjoys helping clients with technology and ensuring a seamless user experience.Sales:Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within target industries (legal, HOA, corporate, and other organizations).Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and solutions.Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, presentations, and demonstrations.Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies.Technical Support:Provide first-level technical support in English and Spanish via phone, email, or remote tools.Troubleshoot common issues (login problems, browser compatibility, connectivity).Support clients before and during online voting events, including real-time assistance.Guide users through onboarding and platform features.Record and track support requests, escalating complex cases when needed.Requirements:2 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally with SaaS or technology solutions.1 3 years of experience in IT support/help desk or a technical client-facing role.Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Based in Latin America with reliable internet connection and availability during U.S. business hours.Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a remote work environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with SaaS or web-based applications.Familiarity with online meetings, browser settings, and basic networking.Previous experience supporting legal, HOA, or corporate clients is a plus.What We Offer:100% remote work.Flexible scheduling with occasional live event support.Training on our proprietary platform.Friendly, collaborative, and fast-paced work environment.Opportunity to grow with a company focused on legally compliant online voting solutions.
