Our success is driven by dedicated professionals who deliver top-tier service and strive to create outstanding customer experiences every day.We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is committed to excellence in every interaction.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers promptly and professionally at their vehicle to begin the service experienceInstall protective floor mats and seat covers to ensure vehicle cleanliness and careAccurately gather and input customer and vehicle information using Wi-Advisor or dealership softwareConduct a detailed walk-around inspection with the customer, noting any visible concernsListen attentively to customer concerns and document service needs clearly in the CRMReview and recommend scheduled maintenance services based on vehicle history and manufacturer guidelinesClearly explain the benefits of the complimentary multi-point inspection and what it includesCommunicate effectively with technicians to ensure customer concerns are properly diagnosedProvide accurate estimates for recommended services and obtain customer approvalsMaintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle status, additional findings, or delaysHandle service follow-ups, including post-service check-ins to ensure satisfactionCoordinate with parts department to ensure timely availability of necessary componentsProcess repair orders, warranty claims, and payment transactions efficiently and accuratelyMaintain an organized and clean service write-up areaUphold dealership standards for customer service, professionalism, and compliance
  • Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License2+ years of experience in a Service Advisor roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to deliver exceptional customer serviceDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills
