Weekly Pay!Job Summary: Through written standard work, written work instructions, and verbal instruction; frame assembly operators will work in a rotating team environment to produce frame sub-assemblies.Essential Functions
Comply with all safety / quality / & process instructions; either written or verbal.
Submit required Hazard Identifications
Through example, demonstrate a commitment to safety cultures
Work well in a team environment to ensure safety, quality, and production guidelines are followed.
Manually orient sub-assemblies in frame table press per customer specifications
Manually orient corner key components and place in corner key press
Manipulate frame table controls to press sub-assemblies together.
Manipulate machine controls for corner key press
Manually install dowel pins with 1 lb mallet to secure sub-assemblies together into a top frame unit
Perform visual and mechanical quality verifications that top frame or corner key units meets customer specification.
Stack and secure top frame units for next operation.
Participate in shift meetings and audits.
Monitor processes and report any abnormalities to the management team.
Use small hand tools as required.
Manipulate simple machine controls
Other duties as required.
Position Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma preferred
Experience: 6 – 12 months related experience
Must have reliable transportation.
Must pass the Background Check/Drug Test
Must have steel toe shoes
