- Maintain a professional yet welcoming atmosphere in the leasing office and throughout the resident-facing areas.
- Inspect models and "make-ready" units daily to ensure cleanliness and appeal.
- Respond promptly to all inquiries and communication from prospects and residents.
- Demonstrate knowledge of local rental market conditions.
- Accurately complete all lease paperwork and applicant communications.
- Conduct follow-up with prospects to encourage leasing commitments.
- Participate in monthly trainings, including Fair Housing and Leasing best practices.
- Assist with outreach marketing efforts as assigned.
- Ensure maintenance follows up on deficiencies noted during move-in inspections.
- Conduct all business in compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other applicable laws.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and automobile insurance required.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to complete a background check and drug screening.
