You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, client service, product development and senior management, to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.This position is based in Newark, NJ. Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely and/from the office. Working from the Newark office is required 2 to 3 days per week for this position.What’s in it for you?Joining a highly entrepreneurial team that is delivering on one of Prudential’s and PGIM’s biggest strategic initiatives.Having immediate impact on client relationships and business building efforts.Being at the ground level of leading the build-out of PPA’s client-facing organization.Gaining hands-on experience from constant senior leadership exposure.Developing leadership, strategic thinking, relationship building, and business operational skills in a turbo-charged environment.What you can expectWork with the CMO and client-facing teams within PPA to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives and drive brand awareness.Create and execute strategic marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling messaging and content that effectively communicates our value proposition.Manage PPA's website and digital presence, ensuring it is up to date, optimized for search engines, and aligned with marketing objectives, as well as ensuring PGIM.com references to PPA are up to date.Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement and achieve marketing goals.Develop and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives.Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies, working with PGIM’s technology leads to ensure the adoption of innovative strategies.Build on the strength and reputation of the PGIM brand to lead the marketing efforts for PGIM’s new PPA business, working with the PGIM brand team.Drive awareness of the PPA team across Prudential, the team’s advisory capabilities and upcoming solutionsConnect the work of PPA with partner affiliates, particularly Fixed Income and Private AlternativesLiaise with PGIM Global Communications team, providing business context, content updates and general recommendations to enable a cohesive marketing and communications plans for the business.Work with PPA, PGIM and PGIM Quantitative Solutions Compliance, Legal and other business functions as needed. Sales team to compile and coordinate meetings and assist in addressing follow-up questions.What you will bringBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably with some experience in credit, alternatives and/or multi-asset solutions.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.Experience managing digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, and analytics toolsStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.What will set you apart?Experience in Asset Management IndustryExperience with executive-level interactionPGIM welcomes all applicants, even if you don't meet every requirement. The salary range for this role is from $144,000 - $165,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
