Our client is a leading manufacturer of various RV components and is known for its collaborative culture and strong opportunities for career advancement. This position is based in their Research & Development (R&D) lab, where you’ll play a vital role in designing and implementing robotic solutions to enhance operations and drive innovation.This role is ideal for an innovative and technically skilled individual who thrives in a dynamic R&D environment. The right candidate will bring not only strong engineering know-how but also a passion for developing and presenting new ideas that contribute to operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Yaskawa robotic systems used in manufacturing applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate robotic solutions that improve production efficiency.Design and prototype automation concepts in the R&D lab, from ideation through implementation.Assist in developing technical documentation and work instructions for new robotic systems.Manage small- to mid-scale projects, ensuring milestones, budgets, and timelines are met.Support continuous improvement efforts through innovative robotic and automation ideas.Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality departments to ensure successful deployment of robotics systems.Qualifications:5–10 years of robotics engineering experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.Hands-on experience with Yaskawa robotic systems (required).Familiarity with PLC programming and automation control systems.Experience working in a Research & Development (R&D) environment.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics Engineering, or a related field (Master’s a plus).Why You’ll Love This Role:Join a forward-thinking company with a strong culture of collaboration.Work in a cutting-edge R&D lab with access to the latest technology.Enjoy real opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Be part of projects that directly shape the future of RV component manufacturing.
