Job Title: Quality Engineer Job DescriptionAs a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality control of parts by conducting thorough inspections and improvement activities related to supplier parts. You will analyze new vehicle projects to guarantee high-quality standards and conformity with international norms. Your role will involve executing the operation plan to ensure part quality specifications, managing field claim analyses, supplier management, and part inspections. Additionally, you will analyze the causes of part problems, lead improvement activities, prepare and implement quality meetings, and manage quality facilities and equipment.Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality inspections and improvement activities for supplier parts.
  • Analyze new vehicle projects to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Execute operation plans to ensure part quality specifications.
  • Manage field claim analyses, supplier management, and part inspections.
  • Analyze causes of part problems and lead improvement activities.
  • Prepare and implement quality meetings.
  • Manage quality facilities and equipment, including investment cost management.
  • Prepare, consult, and coordinate external events.
  • Participate in new vehicle projects, preparing for inspections, establishing quality securing plans, and responding to evaluations.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in quality engineering, mechanical components, and electrical components.
  • At least 2 years of industry experience.
  • Expertise in root cause analysis and quality control.
  • Proficiency in drawing and specifications of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of quality management systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
  • Specific automotive industry experience is strongly preferred.
