- Employment stability: no more than 3 employers in the past 12 months and no more than 6 employers in the past 36 months.
- No safety termination from the most recent employer.
- No speeding violations greater than 15 mph (personal or commercial vehicle) in the past 36 months.
- Conviction history: convictions for violent felonies are disqualifying; any probation or incarceration should be at least five years in the past.
