, a , is a regional provider of Non-Medical Home Care and Private Duty Nursing services.If you enjoy working with people, caring for and talking with them, learning from their stories, and seeing them smile, this is the job of a LIFETIME.You will grow, advance, and gain knowledge in homecare services - one of the fastest-growing, stable and flexible career fields in the country.Position QualificationsGraduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state(s) of employment.Minimum of one (1) year experience in an acute care setting, home health experience preferred.Current CPR certificationStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or CareGivers America requirements and in good repair.Essential Job Functions/ResponsibilitiesProvides professional nursing care as defined in the PA Nurse Practice ActProvides skilled nursing visits for clients as directed by the Assistant/Clinical SupervisorFollows the care plan established by a Registered Nurse Case Manager.Recognizes and reports changes in client condition to the Assistant/Clinical Supervisor and physician, as directedCommunicates information on a timely basis, consistent with CareGivers America policy and urgency of the situation.
