- Average Weekly Pay: Approximately $1,200 gross
- Length of Haul: 300 miles
- Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight (50–60% drop & hook, 40–50% live unload)Equipment & Support:- Drive late-model Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths (2021 or newer)

- Have at least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience (regional or OTR preferred)
- No major violations or preventable accidents in the last year
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong communication skills, trip planning abilities, and safety awareness

- 15 years = 4 weeksPay & Bonuses:- Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after the second hour- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day- Sign-On Bonus: $500 after your first load, another $500 after 30 days (must be seated and active)- Performance Bonus: Earn up to +3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity (starting the first of the month after hire)Bonus Notes:You need to be an active company driver on the payout day.
