Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced LPN Regional Supervisor to overseecaregiver services in multiple locations within our region. In this role, you will be responsible forensuring high-quality care for patients in the home setting, while leading and supporting a teamof caregivers. The ideal candidate will have experience in home health care, strong leadershipskills, and a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision of Caregivers: Manage a team of caregivers, ensuring they provide safe,
effective, and compassionate care to clients in the home.
  • Training & Development: Conduct training, onboarding, and ongoing education for
caregivers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge toprovide the highest standard of care.
  • Quality Control: Monitor caregiver performance and conduct regular audits to ensure
care plans are being followed and that services meet quality standards.
  • Patient Care Oversight: Assess and manage patient care plans, ensuring they are
updated as needed and align with patient needs and preferences.
  • Client & Family Support: Serve as a point of contact for patients and their families,
addressing concerns, offering support, and ensuring satisfaction with the caregiverservices provided.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that all care services are in compliance with state
regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, includingpatient care reports, caregiver schedules, and any incident documentation.
  • Staff Coordination: Oversee the scheduling of caregivers, ensuring proper staffing
levels are maintained across all shifts.
  • Site Visits & Evaluations: Conduct regular site visits to patient homes, assess the quality
of care, and provide guidance and support to caregivers in the field.Requirements:
  • Active and valid LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in Mississippi.
  • 3 ears of experience as an LPN, with at least 3 + years of experience in home health or
caregiver services.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting, ideally
within the home healthcare or caregiver services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of patient care plans, care coordination, and caregiving best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage a team of caregivers and resolve conflicts or concerns that
may arise in the field.
  • Proficient in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and other healthcare
software.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple
locations in the region.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in home health.
  • Certifications in leadership, case management, or additional nursing credentials.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support), First Aid, CPR certification.
  • WellSky (formally known as ClearCare) experience a plus.
  • Covid and TB, Vaccination
Compensation:
  • Competitive hourly pay
  • Mileage reimbursement for travel between patient homes.
