Position Summary:The FSQA Supervisor is responsible for the quality, food safety and esthetics of the product at the meat plant. Follows through on set processes and ensures adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMP), food safety and product quality standards. Responsible for continuous improvement in our food safety practices and policies.
