This is your chance to work at a forward-thinking skilled nursing facility where you'll:
- Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, physicians, and dieticians to provide holistic patient care
- Partner with a team of skilled SLPs with managerial support from an SLP
- Deliver short-term rehab therapy aimed at functional independence and safe returns home

- Assist with specialized programs, including tube feeding weaning and cognitive therapies
- Engage families and staff to develop impactful after-care programs

This part-time, position is perfect for experienced CCC-SLPs or Clinical Fellows who are eager to grow, learn, and excel in their careers.Education and Credentials:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- CFs with strong clinical skills and a commitment to growth are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) and its implications for therapy
- Experience or interest in working in skilled nursing facilities, including short-term rehab and long-term care
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including PTs, OTs, nurses, physicians, and dieticians
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient, family, and staff education
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Team-oriented with a willingness to mentor and be mentored
