The selected candidate will join our team of cyber security professionals as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) on-site at Palmdale, California.As an ISSO, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with governing documentation and security policies in alignment with the Risk Management Framework (RMF), Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG), and the Information System Security Manager's (ISSM) guidance. You will collaborate with fellow ISSO's, ISSM's, and diverse integrated product teams to:
  • Develop system documentation for the assessment and authorization, management of security posture, and continuous monitoring of information systems (i.e. Authorization to Operate (ATO), System Security Plan (SSP), Security Control Traceability Matrix (SCTM), Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M), etc.)
  • Perform system assessment and authorization, continuous monitoring and auditing, user account management, and support containments/investigations
  • Assist with providing cyber security education and training for all system users on appropriate best practices and risk mitigation
  • Participate in the implementation of current and future security domains (e.g. DevSecOps, AI, Cloud Computing, etc.)
  • Perform other associated duties as required

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
