- Oversees the day-to-day operations of sterile processing to ensure efficient workflow, regulatory compliance, and high-quality outcomes.
- This position leads a team of technicians to ensure that surgical instruments and equipment are cleaned, assembled, and sterilized according to standards, while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
- Minimum of Three (3) years of sterile processing experience.
- Two (2) or more years in a supervisory or leadership role in healthcare or manufacturing environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in sterile processing (CRCST).
- Certification in sterile processing (CIS)
- Healthcare leadership certification (HSPA-CHL)
