If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Data Migration/Conversion Consultant - 25% Travel to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).Data Migration/Conversion Consultant:This role is crucial for ensuring that data is migrated accurately, securely, and efficiently, contributing to the successful roll out/implementation of SAP S/4HANAResponsibilities:
  • Execute and validate data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Ensure data integrity between different data objects (e.g., Master Data, Transactions (Sales Order, Purchase Orders etc.), BOM, Routing….).
  • Perform data profiling, data validation, data cleansing, and data enrichment.
  • Resolve data migration issues and provide technical support.
  • Consult with stakeholders (Global Leads, BAs, Legacy system SMEs and Business) to understand source and target data models and business requirements.
  • Develop documentation of the project process for future migration projects.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement, automation, and optimization.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4 Data Migration.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in a structured business and technical environment.
  • 5+ years direct experience working on mid/large-scale SAP projects as part of the Data Migration team.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP tools like Migration Cockpit, LSMW, data services, and ABAP.
  • SAP certification in data migration can enhance job prospects.
