Description:This position is responsible for the fabrication, repair, and modification of plastic extrusion equipment.Work Schedule:7am to 3pm M-F with overtime as required during the week and potential for weekend work. Employees are assigned to an A/B rotating weekend schedule. 20% TravelResponsibilities:
Perform necessary welding in production environment.
Operate lathes, drill presses, grinders, and other machine shop equipment
Reading blueprints, equipment rigging and installation, knowledge of hydraulics and gear boxes, assembly/disassembly of equipment, routine maintenance, and repair of plastic extruders, blenders, and other related equipment.
Other duties/responsibilities as assigned, or apparent.

Education and Experience:
Must have Associates degree in Welding; experience may be considered in lieu of form education (3-5 years)
Must have welding experience (MIG and TIG)
Must have plumbing experience
Must have prior fabricating experience and the ability to read drawings
