Our client, a top-tier Management Consulting firm, is seeking an experienced and business-savvy PIM (Product Information Management) Software Developer to serve as the Developer Business Analyst Lead for our enterprise PIM platform. This role is responsible for driving continuous system enhancements, tuning performance, and managing the end-to-end support process—from ticket intake through resolution—based on evolving business user needs.You will work at the intersection of business operations and technical delivery, collaborating closely with internal product owners, data governance teams, and a third-party PIM integration partner to ensure the system aligns with strategic goals around parts product management and data enrichment.Key Responsibilities :AMS & Support Management:
  • Serve as the primary contact for North America AMS (Application Managed Services) activities related to the PIM system, including ticket triage, prioritization, escalation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with business leads to gather and refine requirements for system improvements, configurations, and bug fixes.
  • Develop and test small-to-medium enhancements and fixes. Coordinate with the PIM integration partner to ensure timely implementation and alignment with larger ongoing global development and integration projects.
  • Maintain and optimize workflows, user roles, data validations, and system rules to support business goals.
System Development for Enhancements & Performance Tuning:
  • Lead small to medium enhancement projects, including scope definition, design, development, testing, and deployment. Design solutions to scale globally.
  • Perform technical analysis to identify performance bottlenecks and propose system optimizations.
  • Ensure ongoing alignment between the PIM platform and business requirements for ecommerce platform globalization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work directly with business stakeholders across Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Service, and Supply Chain to understand and support parts-related product data needs.
  • Participate in business reviews and steering meetings to represent PIM AMS status, roadmaps, and opportunities.
  • Facilitate requirements definition and documentation for enhancements and new features. Maintain backlog of enhancements and development features to package within larger global development cycles led by PIM integration partner(s).
Product Data Enrichment:
  • Support and enhance workflows for data enrichment activities, ensuring high-quality, complete, and consistent product data for parts catalogs, digital channels, and service documentation.
  • Partner with local and regional data stewards to enforce global data standards and assist in cleansing or transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications:· 5+ years of experience in software development or technical application support roles, with at least 2 years focused on PIM systems (e.g., Stibo STEP, Informatica, Salsify, Riversand), ideally with Informatica P360 .· Strong understanding of, and hands-on experience with: P360 repository manager, classification and hierarchical structures, features & attributes, inbound and outbound Integrations, roles permissions and access management, workflow orchestration, rich client, web client, data quality and API configuration.· Experience with AMS/ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.· Proficiency in SQL, APIs, scripting, or integration workflows (e.g., REST, XML, JSON, BPEL, JavaScript).· Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional business users and external solution providers.· Experience integrating PIM with ERP, PLM, and digital commerce platforms .· Experience with developing within Informatica P360· Familiarity with the heavy equipment manufacturing industry, especially in parts lifecycle management and aftermarket operations.· Experience with AWS Infrastructure environments Including S3· Working knowledge of network security routing & configuration· Working knowledge of data governance tools and data quality best practices.· Experience working in Azure DevOps.
