Bath Wizard® is offering a lucrative earning package to visionary top performers, who are interested in developing territories into 10-figure annual revenue-producing entities. As a Regional Territory Development Manager, RTDM, you will use your industry-leading in-home Sales abilities, to lead by example, as a selling sales manager, while also making hiring decisions for additional reps you will recruit, hire, train, and develop. Exclusive territory rights and territory overrides are available to performing Regional Territory Development Managers. Realistic 400k-750k in annual commissions within 2-3 years is available. Top-performing RTDMs will earn additional territory rights and subsequent income opportunities for a 7 figure income.Bath Wizard® is a Merit-Based Performance organization. Earning $500,000, $750,000 or $1,200,000 is not only in the top 1% of income for in-home sales professionals, it is possible for those who perform and make revenue happen within their territories. Being both a dynamic in-home salesperson of top 10% closing abilities plus teaching others to be top-tier closers will result in lucrative and deserved commissions.Before considering applying, know that the RTDM is the most fierce competitive position available for top-performing sales individuals.   • Learning what makes Bath Wizard® unique, and differentiated
  • Selling High Value, High Ticket wet area remodels
  • Running a minimum of 25 appointments per month (in a 60-180 mile radius)
  • Generating 150,000 in personal revenue per month
  • Keeping a steady pipeline of sales reps/training classes on the schedule
  • Developing a team (likely 5-12 reps) to generate over 1,000,000 per month
  • Working rehashes, saves, and appointment callbacks
