- Three years' experience in delivery of significant behavioral health services.
- A minimum of one-year of lead staff experience in residential services or a two-year degree in a related field.
- Need the ability to understand and implement behavior support plans, treatment plans, functional assessments, individualized support plans, and person-centered plans.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED Certificate, basic computer skills, and a minimum of two years' experience in the delivery of behavioral health services.
- May be full-time or part-time, with a mixture of weekday and weekend hours. The specific number and times of scheduled hours should be set upon hiring. All persons in this position should be prepared to work weekends and holidays.
