Proficiency in data migration tools, scripting languages, and database technologies.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience integrating systems like SAP, CAD tools, and other enterprise applications.
Understanding of PLM principles, processes, and best practices.
Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Defining the overall data migration strategy and developing detailed migration plans.
Analyzing legacy system data structures to map to new data models.
Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective solutions.
Conducting thorough testing and validation of migrated data.
Overseeing installation, configuration, and customization of solutions.
Providing guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Managing technical aspects of projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
