- Managing, strategizing, and organizing all case files with a limited caseload
- Supervising support staff who assist with caseload
- Maintaining regular communication with clients
- Writing legal correspondence
- Creating legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Responding to written discovery and opposing motions
- Conducting and defending depositions
- Attending court hearings
- Preparing for trials and participating in them
- Achieving firm targets and benchmarks
- We are looking for a remote Litigation Associate Attorney who must be licensed to practice law in California and be in good standing with the California State Bar.
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation and employment law.
- We seek someone who is passionate about advocating for employee rights, as California prioritizes this aspect of law.
