Experience as an AWACS/E-7 operator or Ground based operator or tester
Project Engineering experience
Active Secret Clearance required
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Link-16/BLOS/DLO Operator / MAJIC / Planner classes or JICO patch
Background as an ES/EW operator or Electronic Warfare college
Experience as an Airborne Radio Technician or Comm technician
Former AWACS operator
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Operate mission systems equipment in the integration laboratory
Apply systems engineering processes to integrate system requirements
Create test procedures and document results to ensure integration requirements are met
Perform data analysis to document compliance with requirements
Troubleshoot integration issues with hardware and software engineers
Collaborate with engineers to develop, track, and execute project schedules
Coordinate with other groups for project inputs and status updates
Communicate project status to management
Lead project execution and identify performance metrics
Assist with the communication and implementation of Program Integration initiatives
