What Success Looks Like:
Set up, operate, and verify the performance of assigned machines.
Accurately label all containers of regrind material.
Collect and manage scrap from up to 49 machines per shift.
Operate grinding equipment to process scrap by material type and color.
Complete required inspection and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) reports.
Collaborate with leadership to address any quality concerns in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
Your Credentials:
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of injection molding machines preferred but not required
