This role requires a personal vehicle large enough to transport a ladder, maintenance tools, and supplies, with a daily reimbursement of $30 plus additional compensation for gas, routine maintenance, and repairs. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, including minor HVAC adjustments, plumbing, electrical repairs, furniture and fixture replacements, and preventative maintenance. The role demands a proactive approach to resolving work orders, addressing guest needs efficiently, and securing company assets. Applicants must be comfortable working in various weather conditions, climbing ladders, walking and standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 65 pounds without assistance.We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional with strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. While HVAC certification is a plus, candidates must have a basic working knowledge of general repair skills, including painting, electrical, and plumbing. This position requires flexibility, with weekend and holiday availability being essential. A commitment to guest satisfaction and teamwork is key, as the Maintenance Technician will interact with guests, respond to urgent requests, and collaborate with other team members.   • Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems
  • Perform minor repairs and/or replacements of room furniture, fixtures, and equipment to include television sets, light fixtures, minor plumbing, etc.
  • Perform all other duties outlined in the Company's Preventative Maintenance Program, including adherence to the work order process
  • Resolve work orders reported in a timely manner and responding to guests needs
  • Protect Company assets by properly securing tools, equipment, and supplies
  • Report requests for major repairs to assigned Maintenance Coordinator
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have basic working knowledge of plumbing, painting, electrical, and/or other general repair skills
  • HVAC certified a plus
  • Must display very good organization and time management skills
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities
  • Must have sound judgment and discretional skills and work with little or no supervision
  • Must be able to consistently work under pressure and simultaneously prioritize multiple projects
  • Personal Vehicle large enough to fit a ladder, maintenance tools, and supplies.
