Position Summary:Join a collaborative and dynamic nursing team at CPH as our Med-Surg Clinical Supervisor. In this key leadership role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Med-Surg to support, mentor, and guide the nursing staff. You’ll serve as a clinical resource, identify educational needs, and develop targeted training to ensure high-quality patient care. This role includes conducting performance reviews, coordinating orientation and preceptorships, overseeing annual competencies, and supporting staff with new equipment and procedures. The Supervisor also participates in staff meetings, policy reviews, and may provide direct patient care when needed.
