You should know some of the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in Staffing Service solutions with significant business development responsibilities
  • Proven success selling staffing solutions
  • IT Staffing or Recruiting experience is desired
  • Knowledge and experience selling staffing based / support services
  • Deep understanding of the on-going industry market to position as a thought leader and trusted advisor
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in matrix-managed environment
  • Proven ability to leverage subject matter experts to further the sales process
