- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, menus, and production guidelines.
- Experiment with various cuisines, cooking methods, and flavor while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and storage practices at all times.
- Follow food safety regulations and assist in maintaining compliance with certification requirements.
- Safely operate kitchen equipment and maintain clean, organized workstations.
- Demonstrate accuracy in portioning, measuring, and basic math skills for recipes.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support smooth kitchen operations.
- Uphold safety standards by wearing required uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Previous experience as a cook or in a related role required.
- Knowledge of food preparation principles, various cooking techniques, and food safety regulations.
- Ability to obtain food safety certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Required
- 2+ years of Cook experience
- Food Handler Certification
- Saturday - Sunday Shift.
- Must be flexible.
- Starting at $16.52/hr (Based on experience) + benefits
