- Collaborate with financial center team members to provide outstanding service and meet established goals.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to make tailored product and service recommendations, addressing both stated and unstated customer needs.
- Identify and escalate referral opportunities to the appropriate specialist partners, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
- Facilitate seamless relationship management by introducing customers to the right team members, leveraging their expertise for additional opportunities.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's product and service offerings to provide accurate recommendations and referrals.
- Actively engage in campaigns and promotions, ensuring timely execution and scheduling of follow-up activities.
- Effectively use EnAct to capture client information, document activities, schedule follow-ups, and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Oversee the completion of new customer onboarding and account opening processes.
- Assist the Financial Center Manager with daily execution of Sales & Service Protocols to drive activity and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, staff training, and adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Model Broadway Bank's values and foster engagement among financial center team members.
- Meet or exceed operational standards, including transaction processing, budget monitoring, and managing customer inquiries.
- Authorize check cashing, overdraft payments, and cashier's checks within established limits.
- Manage the Safe Deposit area, ensuring compliance with procedures and audit requirements.
- Assume responsibility for the financial center in the absence of the Financial Center Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Financial Center Manager.
- This position may require travel within the Bank's geographic area.
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, including new accounts and consumer loans.
- Demonstrated sales and service experience with proven success in establishing and meeting sales goals.
- High School diploma required, some college coursework desirable.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and team members.

- Meet and maintain financial responsibility, character and general fitness standards along with all other established requirements for an individual Loan Originator in accordance with Regulation Z.
- Completion and successful passing of pre-employment testing.
- Mortgage Loan Origination Eligibility as a Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and Registry and in accordance with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (the S.A.F.E. Act)
- Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, pull weights or otherwise move objects weighing as much as 10 lbs. on a regular basis and/or for extended periods of time during the workday.
