- 3-5 years in venue or hospitality leadership
- Proficient in scheduling, financials, and team management
- Assist GM in daily operational execution
- Lead FOH/BOH managers and supervisors
- Beverage cost control and menu development
- Manage event-day logistics
- Promote brand standards and training
- Ensure guest satisfaction and team performance
- Support efforts to drive Levy culture and inspire cross-functional teams
- Integrate partner culture appropriately within Levy operational SOPs
- Ensure consistent delivery of premium guest service
- Support all company compliance initiatives within the location across all departments
- Drive all health and sanitation initiatives at the location
- Payroll oversight and labor cost control
- Lead hiring manager for all FOH hourly positions
