
Sr. Product Developer, Amazon Private Brands

- Conduct thorough analysis of customer signals and product performance to inform product roadmap for high profile brand partnerships and specialty products.
- Own selection identification, feature set, business requirements and prioritization for forward looking line plan.
- Collaborate with and manage a diverse stakeholder base across Design, Product Development, Business Management, In Stock Management, Marketing and other Amazon teams.
- Successfully navigate through ambiguity, applying strong problem solving skills to stand up new processes that unlock speed on high-visibility cross-category initiatives in partnership with stakeholders in and outside of Private Brands. .
- Successfully document key learnings and identify opportunities for simplification while creating a playbook for future high-speed commercialization.
- Identify and mitigate process/system defects, deep diving root causes and developing solutions.
- Partner with product families outside of Softlines to drive development synergies.
- Drive the definition and documentation of future-state processes.
- Manage prioritization of and trade-offs between speed to market, business performance, and product features.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Bachelor's DegreePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
