This position is a key part of the sales process, as they are responsible for helping to identify high potential customers and partners and their key decision makers within those organizations and ultimately helping to create the pipeline that leads to closed deals.
Adhere to Vistra’s customer experience direction, federal and local compliance with calling laws as well as adhering to internal campaign tactics.Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly / annual sales targets through SDR efforts and researching, contacting and handing leads over to appropriate sales team to engage and ultimately close.
- Utilize internal and external sophisticated tools to segment out high potential targets by researching their operations, press releases, financial reports and other methods to identify firms and ultimately the key individuals to engage regarding potential agreements..
- Qualify and track leads as required for meetings scheduled and results.
- Compliance with all legal and compliance as instructed.
- Schedule demonstrations/pitches for sales executives through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and networking with potential customers.
- Works as a subject matter experts interacting with partner to advise on SDR results.
- Accurate and timely record lead and activity data into CRM or other platforms
- Actively contacts potential customers to generate leads.
- Create the pipelines that leads to closed deals.

- 1-3 years work related experience.
- Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications
- Retail sales experience with a proven track record of supporting sales efforts.
- Experience functioning as a part of cross functional and collaborative team.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and work on multiple priorities.
- Experience with CRM software, like Salesforce.
- HS Diploma or equivalency required.
- Achievement of:
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly contacts/conversion targets, such as sales meetings set, deals closed, and other metrics as defined.
- Tracking results by campaign or source.
- Improved insights into sales and prospect profiles.
- Adherence to internal policies and state and federal regulations, as instructed.
