families to perform BCBA-direct services.Job Responsibilities:Deliver BCBA-direct services to clients and families, aiming for 32 billable hours per weekConduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design behavior intervention plansDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plansSubmit required documentation, including prior authorizations for insuranceMaintain and update progress notes, reports, and data accurately and timelySupervise and mentor team members, including BCBA-level cliniciansCollaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and related service providersParticipate in weekly supervision, team meetings, and professional developmentTravel to client homes or designated meeting locations (up to 40 miles)Adhere to ethical guidelines under HIPAA and BCBA codes of conductQualifications:Master's degree or higher in a related fieldActive BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standingEligible for or holding a Hawaii Behavior Analyst License (must be obtained before start date)Minimum one year of experience working with autistic children and families using ABAStrong organizational, assessment, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamProficient in technology and documentation toolsOwn reliable transportation and willingness to commuteAbility to lift up to 25lbs and pass federal/state background checksPersonal malpractice insuranceAbout the Company:
