- Onsite: physical presence at your assigned work location required 5 days per week.
- Hybrid: physical presence at your assigned work location required 3 days per week.
- Product line assignment (12 months, Quality and Reliability, Value Analysis/Engineering and Productivity) existing product improvements
- Cross-functional experience (6 months)
- Project-based assignment (12 months, New Product Development)
- BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering preferred. The following BS/MS Engineering degrees may also be considered: Aerospace and Engineering Physics. Degree must be completed prior to program start with a required GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Demonstrated leadership skills: minimum of two examples such as: School club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or leadership of work projects.
- Work Experience: Minimum of one degree-related internship or six months of related work experience.
- Views problems as opportunities and can adapt quickly to new or changing business circumstances. Demonstrates aptitude for independently progressing work with limited supervision.
- Eagerly and proactively seek new information, skills, and experiences, capitalizing on learning opportunities.
