- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, tact, poise and professionalism.
- Perform administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, coordinating activities, and booking travel.
- Maintain department and executive calendars, arrange appointments, contact personnel, and coordinate meetings.
- Respond to information requests and exchange routine information via telephone and email; properly routing and forwarding messages.
- Organize reports; perform calculations, updating various reports as necessary. Support department team; type and proof routine and complex memos, letters, mass mailings, agreements, documents, reports and spreadsheets.
- Responsible for assistance with or execution of special projects, as requested, managing deadlines and requirements to keep projects on track.
- Prioritizes work to meet deadlines with minimal guidance as to established times.
- Provide quality customer service in accordance with Delaware North's GuestPath Universal Service Standards
- Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use and operation of standard office equipment.
- Previous experience with variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Exposed to outdoors and variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold depending on the season.
- Frequent exposure to, and utilization of, computer.
