Since our establishment, we have demonstrated and perfected our ability to manage the customer's needs, no matter how complex – offering exceptional service and the Precise solution.We are currently seeking an Acquisition Analyst to join our Precise Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201) team in Patuxent River, Maryland. The Acquisition Analyst supports and drafts program milestone related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives. Supports the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA). Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree or allowable substitutions. Allowable substitutions for the Bachelor's Degree include an Associate's Degree plus 4 years of additional work experience or 6 additional years of work experience.Required Experience: Three to seven Years of ExperienceDesired Experience Includes:
  • Knowledge of DoD and SECNAV 5000 series instructions
  • Expertise with NAVAIR contracting processes
  • NAVAIR data management policy and procedures
  • Subject Matter Expert on Procurement Management Tool (PMT) entry and reporting
  • CDRL Tool knowledge
  • Procurement Planning Conference (PPC) topics and milestones
  • Written and oral communication skills
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
