- Deliver physcial and remote support, resolving desktop, hardware, and application issues for users across the organization.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and incident resolution, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Manage enterprise desktop and hardware life cycle, including patching, updates, and configuration changes.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, Teams, Exchange, and related technologies to maintain productivity and security.
- Document incidents, processes, and knowledgebase materials while providing training and guidance to end users.
- 2+ years of Level 2 IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support experience in an enterprise environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with experience using remote support tools.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft technology stack: DNS/DHCP, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint.
- Experience with GPOs, patch management, and hardware/software monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills with the ability to work effectively with users at all levels.
