- Apparel expertise—ideally in swim or intimates—with a proven ability to manage fitting room operations, deliver elevated client experiences, drive upselling, and navigate high-volume retail environments while fostering long-term customer relationships.
- Proven leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and develop talent at all levels within the store, with a consistent focus on building a leadership pipeline.
- Operational excellence in managing store operations, including scheduling, payroll accuracy, visual merchandising, inventory management, and shipment processing.
- Availability to meet dynamic business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Active floor presence with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use a ladder, and lift up to 50 lbs.
