- Lead, supervise and develop the personnel and resources of the teams responsible for Focus Technology above.
- Provide input into the strategic direction for enterprise environments under his/her responsibility ensuring alignment with current and future goals, objectives, and strategies of IT Services as well as the Hormel Foods enterprise.
- Drive tactical planning and execution to ensure the above Focus Technology meets operational needs and aligns with the strategic vision.
- Architect, implement and manage environment(s) and/or services for Focus Technology.
- Administer and maintain business critical enterprise infrastructure environment(s) and/or services for Focus Technology.
- Ensure timely and effective support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of infrastructure services for Focus Technology in collaboration with internal partners and vendors.
- Manage relationships with key vendor partners, including oversight of service delivery, performance, and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Participate in contract negotiations, renewals, and vendor evaluations to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service outcomes.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and service excellence within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related field or 5 - 7 years' experience engineering, deploying, and supporting enterprise infrastructure.
- Proven experience leading exempt-level employees, including performance management, coaching, and team development.
- Demonstrated hands-on technical expertise in Focus Technology, with prior experience functioning as a systems engineer or equivalent role.
- Proven track record of initiative, technical innovation, problem-solving, decision-making, and project execution.
- Excellent organizational, time management skills, well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in collaboration with technical teams across the organization.
- Ability to operate within a standards-based framework and navigate complex enterprise environments.
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.

- Practical experience leading enterprise infrastructure initiatives across multiple domains (e.g., endpoint management, ITSM, A/V, print services).
- Familiarity with Ivanti Neurons and Ivanti ITSM or similar ITSM and automation platforms.
