Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry and exit points, conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, and remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will interact with a diverse range of individuals, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. This position requires driving as part of your duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary.   • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors to help to deter unauthorized entry.
  • Provide customer service by assisting individuals with inquiries and directing them as needed while maintaining security-related protocols.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
  • Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities according to established procedures.
  • Support emergency response activities as required, including assisting with evacuations or other site-specific protocols.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to address security-related matters within the automotive environment.

Minimum Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
  • Possession of a Guard Card or license is preferred.
  • Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
